I help create strategy and design teams, which often includes building capability scorecards to define roles and levels that best suit the organisation. I also leverage service blueprints to connect the employee, customer and operational experience and guide ideation sessions based on those insights.
While leading teams of designers, strategists, creatives and (indirectly) developers for many years, I had to actively reengineer significant parts of their employee experience. This inspired me to run a global study examining the EX of innovation and transformation talent, partnering with the Berlin School of Creative Leadership to share those insights in a podcast and online course called The Future of Doing. I founded FoD as a seperate organisation so I could share multiple leadership tools with those looking to improve their EX.
Building and optimising teams is a confidential process, so please get in touch to discuss my approach. Here are some of my key published frameworks.
